If you decide to contact us via our website, by phone or by a visitor walk-in enquiry you may be asked to submit limited personal data which is necessary for us provide you with further information about our services.  This is completely voluntary.

If you become a member or a volunteer, we will request personal data from you, relevant to your membership or volunteer status. In these cases, the following policies apply:
